Meatballs

These are raw in the pictures, but they were on their way to the freezer so I could have 'homemade frozen meatballs'. Anywho.

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp fresh minced parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground sage
5 cranks pepper mill
salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 TBS worcestershire sauce

Mix it all and shape into balls.

To freeze:
place on a baking sheet making sure they don't touch and freeze.
once they are frozen you can vaccume seal them in a zip lock bag

To bake:
350 until they are done :) I haven't made them frozen yet, but raw they only took about 10-20 minutes.

This sounds awesome :) I usually get them from Costco but am always a little grossed out by them. Making and freezing my own would be handy dandy. Let us know how freezing them works out :)
