Irish Meal--Part 2

Corned Beef and Cabbage (and potatoes and carrots and onions) :) I got the recipe from I did make a few changes. After about 8 hours I put the corned beef in the oven at 200 degrees for an additional 2-3 hours. I filled the pan up half way w/ juice from the crock pot. I did this because I needed to cook my veggies. WELL the crockpot wasn't big enough so I just boiled the veggies in the jucie from the crock pot on the stove. It was delicious and tender!
