Ok so Winn Dixie had lobster tails on sale. they look really pretty, but I think I over cooked them. I seasoned w/ Old Bay and Garlic...and of corse almost a stick of butter.
The shrimp I sauteed w/ butter, garlic, lemon and old bay as well. The shrimp was very good, but the lobster was a bit over cooked. But it was my first attempt and I think they are pretty, nonetheless!

Those are beautiful! I have never cooked Lobster, yours look perfect :)
